The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP)  provides a quick and effective mechanism for evaluating, investigating, analyzing and resolving inquiries regarding the truthfulness and accuracy of the primary or core efficacy or performance claims that are communicated in national direct response advertising.
